Adjacent to the owners’ home, the holiday cottage lies down a no-through lane which leads up to the Fells in the lovely Lune Valley – an area renowned for its excellent walking. The pretty market town of Kirkby Lonsdale (2 miles) offers an excellent selection of shops and restaurants. The Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales are a short drive. Village shop 1 mile, pub 1½ miles.
