Description of Mayfield

This light and airy modern holiday home is located in an attractive setting overlooking picturesque Wootton Creek. Neatly presented, it is ideal for families or couples, with the advantage of three shower rooms. This area has many scenic walks and woodland where you may see red squirrels and other wildlife. The seaside resort of Ryde with glorious sandy beach, 10 minutes drive. The Isle of Wight is renowned for having a temperate climate and plenty of tourist attractions suitable for all ages. Enjoy riding, golf, birdwatching, watersports and excellent walks. Shops 1/2 mile, pubs and restaurant 1 mile.

Ground floor: Living room with double sofa bed and French doors. Dining room/kitchen. Shower room with toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, both with en-suite shower room and toilet.
