A detached farm cottage located on a 300-acre mixed working farm - part of which is a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Close to the owner’s home, refurbished to a very good standard. Set in an attractive rural hamlet. Wembury Bay is a marine conservation area. A 10 minute walk over farmland leads to rock pools, sandy coves and South Devon Coastal Path. Plymouth 7 miles, is now being recognised as a prime centre for offshore diving with the scuttled HMS Sylla at Whitsand Bay and the Edistone Reef.
