Description of Epworth Terrace

A good base for larger families

Well positioned within the Snowdonia National Park, this three storey property is in the heart of Barmouth, one of Wales’ most popular coastal resorts, overlooking the bowling green and park. A good base for larger families wishing to explore the Cardigan and Tremadog Bay coastline. The Blue Flag beach at Barmouth is a short stroll away as is the town centre which boasts a range of well stocked shops from local convenience stores to arts and crafts, gifts and antiques. There are also many places to eat with a variety of cuisines.
Visitors to the area can enjoy seasonal activities such as a small funfair for children and donkey rides along the beach. Nearby places worth visiting include Harlech Castle, King Arthur’s Labyrinth, Lanfair Slate Caverns, Portmeirion Italianate village, Coed y Brenin Forest or take a ferry cross the mouth of the Mawddach Estuary and ride the Fairbourne steam train. Golf and horse riding nearby. Shop, pub and restaurant 250 yards.
