Description of Le Moulin de la Motte
This stone holiday cottage enjoys an idyllic location amid wooded grounds overlooking a stream, yet is within walking distance of the village centre with its bars, shops and restaurants, and just 15 minutes from the coast. It has been sympathetically restored with original features retained, to create a comfortable, welcoming interior, and has its own garden, as well as access to a beautiful fishing lake in the owners’ grounds. Located in one of the Vendée’s most attractive spots, amid rolling wooded countryside, it is close to superb beaches and an excellent golf course at La Domangère. The nearby Lac de Graon offers supervised bathing in summer, as well as water sports, and riding and tennis are also available locally.
