Set in over one acre of beautiful gardens and entered by double electric gates, this idyllic and peaceful holiday property provides a true retreat, yet is located only one mile from the cathedral city of Truro with theatre, cinema, bowling, restaurants, wine bars and major shopping facilities.
For the ultimate in relaxation, the living room has an electric massage chair and extras for guests include hair dryers in the wall in two of the en-suite bathrooms. Sunny Corner Villa has its own private mooring facilities and is ideally located for exploring the fascinating waterways and creeks. There are popular boat trips between here and Falmouth and at high tide boats leave from Truro. The delightful village of Malpas is still a small port with navigable waterways through numerous creeks, Falmouth and the open sea. Historically the village is best known for its ferry service across the waterways to the Roseland and Tregothan Estate. This is a perfect location for bird-watchers, wildlife enthusiasts, sailing, walking and for touring West and North Cornwall.
Visitors may relax and enjoy lunch or an evening meal at the magnificent Herron pub, ¼ mile, where it is possible to dine outside during the summer overlooking the tranquil river, or by cosy firelight during the winter. Shops 1 mile.
