Historic Launceston, the ancient capital of Cornwall, is just 9 miles with its castle ruin, steam railway, market town, shops, restaurants and supermarket. Nearby Roadford Lake offers coarse and trout fishing, sailing, lovely dog friendly lakeside walks, picnic areas and watersports. Golf, tennis and riding are all available locally and the famous Eden Project is within easy reach as are many other family attractions including Tamar Otter Sanctuary and Newquay Zoo making this an ideal holiday location for all ages.
