Description of Chez De Toytot

A former farm building in the courtyard of a splendid fortified property dating from 1010, once a hunter’s lodge and more recently a working farm. Our house stands just inside the entrance to the ’domaine’ but, for more privacy, access is possible via the pretty garden at the rear of the property. It has been nicely converted, with floor tiles throughout and the original old beams retained. In every way suitable for a family holiday in pleasant countryside, it is close to the River Loire and within easy reach of the vineyards of Pouilly and Sancerre.
