A semi-detached bungalow on quiet farm location. There are seven lovely beaches within 3 miles. The fishing port of Padstow and the Camel Cycle trail 3 miles, riding stables 1/2 mile. A pleasant and easy drive to the Eden Project. The Trevose Golf Club is 3 miles and there is sailing at Rock, just across the River Camel. Beautiful coastal walks all year round. Shop 11/2 miles.
