This well presented single-storey holiday home is situated on St Merryn holiday village which features a restaurant, convenience store, bar and tennis courts.
The property is bright and airy and features a large ‘L’ shaped living/dining room, and is located only one mile from the lovely village of St Merryn with its restaurants and pubs. The golden sands of seven bays are easily reached as is the beautiful harbour town of Padstow from where you can take a ferry across to Rock or a boat trip to Seal Island, or enjoy a walk or cycle along the Camel Trail which follows the Camel Estuary.
Within easy reach are the harbour villages of Port Isaac, famous for the TV programme ‘Doc Martin’, and ‘Tintagel’, the home of King Arthur. Further down the coast is Newquay and Fistral Bay, the famous surfing beach.
