Pennytinney is part of a dairy and beef farm with plenty of wide open green fields, an abundance of wildlife and a children play area. There is also a fishing pond stocked with carp, adjoining a nature trail and woodland walk, situated within minutes of the cottages and St Kew inn. The Camel Trail cycle path is within easy reach as is The Eden Project and Lanhydrock House and Gardens (NT). Walking, cycling, golf and fishing are all nearby. Shop 3/4 mile, pub 1/4 mile.
