Next to a former mill, these semi-detached properties (ref F85286 and F85305) have been renovated to provide character holiday accommodation with many original features including exposed oak beams. They share an outdoor heated swimming pool with Roman steps, shower and changing facilities. Maison Céleste (F85305) has a covered terrace from the kitchen and a private sitting-out area at the side, while Maison Raphaël (F85286) has a private garden. Guests also have access to the grounds of the mill with an enclosed children’s play area and the river where you can picnic, fish or use a rowing boat. A great spot for relaxing and very well connected for the Vendée beaches (35 minutes). The cathedral town of Luçon is 10 minutes’ drive, the historic port of La Rochelle 40 minutes’ drive and the Loire Valley is two hours’ drive - ideal for a day trip to take in châteaux and museums.
