Description of Bright’s Cottage
South Zeal is an attractive old village in Dartmoor National Park, and Bright’s Cottage is just off the main street. One of a pair, it is an ideal base for exploring the moor and West Country. Around Plymouth, there are plenty of maritime pursuits and to the north there is the stunning and rugged North Devon coastline with some of the best beaches in the country. There are walks from the village directly on to the moor, so no need to get into the car. Nearby are riding stables and a tennis court. Other attractions include RHS Rosemoor Gardens and NT Castle Drogo. Okehampton has a wide range of amenities, with golf and an indoor swimming pool. Shop and restaurant 150 yards.
