There is marvellous scenery, walking, cycling, and horse riding and many attractions including Finch Foundry, Castle Drogo, and Okehampton with its castle, golf, museum and shops.
Within easy driving visit Rosemoor Gardens, the historic cities of Exeter and Plymouth, or for a day out the famous Eden Project.
