Description of Chabaga
This light and spacious architect-designed home is modern and comfortable. The cathedral-ceilinged living room has a large glass wall overlooking parkland. The private swimming pool has an outdoor shower, teak terrace and is accessed directly from the dining area and kitchen for al-fresco meals. Situated between Bordeaux and Libourne amongst the Bordeaux vineyards on the edge of Montussan. Enjoy the numerous activities in the historic quayside city of Bordeaux; summer nocturnal dancing on the quay, casino, museums and chic international boutique shops. St. Emilion (27km) has a monolithic church and a delightful tourist train through the vineyards. Jogging path and tennis courts within walking distance. The Arcachon basin (64km) and Atlantic beaches, including Dune de Pyla, the highest in Europe (80km) make a great day out. The owner occasionally occupies a totally separate studio apartment (for maintenance purposes) with separate entrance, which does not overlook the holiday property.
