Situated in the owner’s grounds on the Minnis (AONB) and next to a working restored windmill (open summer weekends and occassionally for grinding demonstrations), with 125 acres of common land with footpaths and grazed by Highland cattle. Canterbury, 6 miles, and Folkstone, 9 miles. Ashford, 20 minutes, for Eurostar to Paris, and channel tunnel for day trips to France. Visit Dover and Leeds Castles or one of the Wildlife Parks. Steam railways, vineyards and golf courses at Tenterden, Canterbury, Folkestone and Hythe. Village shop and restaurant 700 yards, pubs
