Activities in the area include walking, horse riding, cycling, wildlife viewing, golf, beaches and art and crafts to name a few. Canterbury, great for shopping and sightseeing, and Dover, ideal for day trips to France, are both 20 minutes away. Shops ½ mile, pub 1 mile.
