Valley View is a spacious modern detached bungalow, with the fantastic feature of having its own private outdoor swimming pool in the rear patio garden.

Very well equipped and furnished throughout, Valley View would make an excellent holiday property for a large family or a group of friends at all times of the year. In winter, although it will be too cold to use the swimming pool, the property is warm and cosy with its gas central heating and log fire. As the name suggests the property does have excellent far reaching views from the rear, looking across the valley, and the rural countryside.

This holiday property is located in the little village of Bere Alston, ideally situated in a rural location and a great base from which to explore a vast area of both Devon and Cornwall. There will be something here that will suit all the family and all ages groups.
