Just 50 yards from the head of Noss Creek, on the River Yealm, this charming 18th-century holiday cottage stands within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the pretty and unspoilt fishing village of Noss Mayo. It is a cosy property retaining many original features, including low ceilings, beams and window seats, with a sitting area for watching the sleepy pace of life in the village. Noss Mayo has two waterside pubs, and the village of Newton Ferrers, on the opposite bank, can be reached by a causeway (at low-tide) and provides shops, a pub and a bistro. Sailing and walking along the South Devon Coastal Path (NT), with access to rocky coves and beaches. Shops ½ mile.
