Description of Seaview

Overlooking the sea

A well appointed second (top) floor holiday apartment (partly shown, far left of picture), with a large south west facing balcony. Set in a premier location only yards from the seafront, overlooking the sea, croquet lawn and cricket field. A short level walk to the shops, indoor pool and all amenities. Family attractions include the Donkey Sanctuary and the Vintage Toy and Train Museum. The cathedral city of Exeter is only 15 miles, and offers a Maritime Museum, theatre, shops and restaurants. Shops, pubs and public car park nearby (charges vary according to season).

Communal stairs to entrance. All on second floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen/breakfast room. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin.
