Enjoying spectacular views of the River Yealm, Scantlings is a modern semi-detached holiday cottage, set in an elevated position with a lovely patio verandah. The picturesque village of Newton Ferrers is just a short walk, whilst on the opposite bank of the river nestles the twin village of Noss Mayo. In summer, a little ferry boat will take you across the river, allowing you to walk from Wembury along the south west coastal footpath to Plymouth or Bigbury. Scantlings is just a 20 minute drive from Plymouth and its ferry teminal to France and Spain. Shops, restaurant and pubs 600 yards.
