Set on the English Riviera, this quintessential English cottage nestles in Torquay’s exclusive Wellswood village. Situated in an AONB and a SSSI, it lies a virtual stone’s throw from the renowned Kent’s Caverns, one of the most important prehistoric sites in Europe and Ice Age home of Britain’s earliest humans. Follow in the footsteps of England’s finest men and women - Agatha Christie, I.K. Brunel and Charles Darwin to name but a few - who took inspiration from the area, which is now a gateway site to the world’s first urban global geopark and just a few minutes’ walk to the Marine Conservation Recommended and Blue Flag beaches at Anstey’s Cove and Meadfoot, with stunning woodland and magnificent coastal paths along South Devon’s beautiful bay.
