Ideally situated just 5 minutes from the A38 making this holiday property ideal for exploring Devon and Cornwall. Plympton is situated midway between the coastline of South Devon and the moorland of Dartmoor. The indoor swimming pool, is a great asset to this property and families will love spending time here on holiday. The pool is housed in a lovely conservatory at the back of the house, leading off the dining room, and patio doors open into the enclosed rear garden. Plymouth is full of history and attractions, very good shopping, many restaurants, theatres and live music venues. Plymouth offers a wealth of history and is famous for Sir Francis Drake and the Spanish Armada. The Hoe area with its landmark stripey light house is a popular area in the summer and has spectacular views across Plymouth Sound.
