Outdoor activities include skiing, climbing, walking, fishing, mountain biking, sailing and golf. The breathtaking scenery is in the backdrop for well known films including Brave Heart and Rob Roy, whilst the West Highland Steam Train takes you across the Glenfinnan Viaduct as depicted in the Harry Potter movies.
Wildlife is in abundance and there are many castles and museums to visit. Fort William town centre is a mile away and Glencoe, Oban, Loch Ness and the Isle of Skye are easily accessible.
