This Scandinavian-style, detached holiday lodge is located in an idyllic setting, surrounded by hills and forests teeming with wildlife, only 500 yards from Sandyhills beach.

Guests have shared use of the indoor swimming pool, and the lodge is an ideal base for walking, watersports, cycling and birdwatching and all those who will enjoy outdoor pursuits in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Riding centre and golf course close by.

Visit castles, gardens, museums and art galleries. Dalbeattie Forest, 7 miles. Dumfries for shops, restaurants, museums and sports facilities, 20 miles.

Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 800 yards.

All on ground floor: Living room/kitchen. 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 bunk. Shower room with toilet.

Elec CH, elec, bed linen and towels inc. H/chair. Digital TV. DVD. CD. Elec cooker. M/wave. Shared laundry facilities on site. D/washer. Freezer. Lawned garden with sitting-out area and furniture. Parking (2 cars). Shared indoor swimming pool open 9am-7.30pm every day. No smoking. NB: 4 steps and sloping banks in garden.
