Description of Auchenfranco Cottage

Peaceful location

A cosy semi-detached holiday cottage in a rural setting with views over rolling countryside. The nearby Loch offers great opportunities for anglers, while Lochfoot is within easy reach of a number of golf courses.

Walkers will enjoy the Criffel, with views across the Solway to the Lake District, for cyclists there are various cycle routes close by. Wonderful wildlife abounds.

Dumfries and Galloway’s famous tourist attractions, include the home of Robert Burns and Caerlaverock Castle and many beaches on the Solway and the harbour at Kippford just a short drive.

Shops 1.5 miles, restaurant 2 miles.
