Description of Coppingers Cottage

Tucked away just inside the Camel Estuary, this quaint terraced holiday cottage is situated yards away from one of the finest, golden sand surfing beaches in Cornwall, ideal for experienced or novice surfers and for that traditional beach holiday. Polzeath, ideally situated on the headland opposite Padstow, is a village favoured by the late poet laureate John Betjeman, and featured in some of his poems. Also close by are Tintagel, Boscastle and Port Isaac. Polzeath has a nature reserve, a haven for coastal birds, puffins, dolphins and seals, which may also be seen off the bay. Beach 50 yards. Shops 200 yards, pub 700 yards.

Ground floor: Living/dining room. Kitchen. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 bunk (2ft 6in for children). Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

NSH, panel heaters, elec, bed linen and towels inc. Video. DVD. Elec cooker. M/wave. Washer/dryer. Tel-honesty box. Courtyard with sitting-out area and furniture. BBQ. No smoking. Friday to Friday.
