Description of The Linhay
The Linhay is a spacious detached converted barn in the grounds of the owners’ home, which dates back to the 16th century. This holiday cottage was once a cider barn, but has been completely refurbished to offer up to date accommodation. The area is great for walking, offering many from the doorstep. Close by is the Jurassic Coast, taking in Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth. There are many NT properties. Seaton is a short drive and offers the unique tramway and bird watching on the Axe Estuary Seaton Marshes Nature Reserve. Visit Exeter, Dartmoor and Exmoor. In summer or winter there is plenty to see or do. Shop 150 yards, pub and restaurant 700 yards.
