The area is very quiet and the property is within walking distance of many pubs and restaurants, as well as the local shopping area and an indoor public swimming pool.
Plympton is conveniently located just off the A38 making exploring the Plymouth region very accessible, an ideal base from which to visit the Barbican and the Plymouth Hoe. There are a few beaches close by, Bovisand being a favourite for young families, and water sports are available in the area.
