You can enjoy the many and varied attractions in and around Torquay and Paignton. Children will love Paignton Zoo and the scenic Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway.
There is plenty to do locally including walking, golf and fishing or within easy driving distance is the Dartmoor National Park and the Bygones and Kent’s Cavern in Torquay. Nearest beaches are Preston Sands and Paignton, both Blue Flag, ideal for families with small children. Brixham’s harbour nestles at the foot of the town, surrounded on three sides by steeply ascending rows of terraced fishermen’s cottages, crowned and guarded by the old All Saints Church.
