Enjoying wonderful estuary views, this comfortably, compact furnished first floor holiday apartment, attached to the owners home is in an excellent location being within a few minutes walk of Padstow with its picturesque harbour and the many little shops, pubs and restaurants. Enjoy a boat trip to Puffin Island, try your hand at sea fishing or take a trip on the ferry across to the sailing resort of Rock. Many lovely sandy beaches along this coastline for bathing, cliff top walking or surfing or explore the Camel Trail. Four golf courses within a short drive. Shops and pubs ¼ mile.

Spiral stairs to entrance. All on first floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with toilet. Low sloping ceilings throughout.
