Heart of traditional fishing village
Located in the heart of the traditional fishing village of Staithes, this terraced cottage offers a romantic hideaway and writer’s retreat, and is a good holiday base to discover the delights of the rugged yet beautiful east Yorkshire coastline. Staithes nestles on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park and is almost untouched by the hands of time.
Follow the tumbling little cottages that almost cling to the cliff edge down the steep bank to the small sandy cove. There are antique curio shops, the James Cook Museum, art gallery, inns, tea rooms and Egon Ronay Restaurant all available from your doorstep. Glorious coastal views can be enjoyed from the cliff top walks.
