A perfect spot for watersports and sailing enthusiasts and fishermen alike. With a good selection of pubs and restaurants specialising in locally caught sea food dishes, all are within easy walking distance of the cottage. Along with a local shop, newsagents, gallery and Hotel, Instow has so much to offer. Nearby the main town of Bideford, 3 miles offers town amenities, shops, pubs, restaurants along with spectacular park and famous quayside once a Historic Port. Family attractions, The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Kilarney Springs, Tapely Park and Gardens, Rosemoor RHS Gardens, Dartington Crystal and Atlantic Village are all within easy driving distance.
