This imposing barn conversion is set in the heart of the North Devon countryside. It has far-reaching views and the property’s layout is ideal for two families or groups who want to enjoy a holiday in comfortable surroundings. There is a large enclosed garden and patio area that overlooks a small lake where guests are welcome to partake in some fishing or sit on its banks and enjoy the surroundings. The property is located between Great Torrington with its links to the English Civil War and Dartington Crystal, and the regional town of Barnstaple where there are all the amenities guests may require. Also of interest is the Pannier Market and the famous Butchers Row. The property is ideally situated to explore the charming North Devon coast and countryside. There are stunning beaches at Woolacombe and Sandymouth. Enjoy a day out at Hartland and visit the lighthouse, Hartland Quay and the historic fishing village at Clovelly. If gardens are of interest, the RHS gardens at Rosemoor are a delight and there are numerous NT properties in the surrounding area to enjoy. The town of Bideford lies close by where most amenities can be found as well as the quay from where trips to Lundy Island can be booked. Slightly further afield there is the Dartmoor National Park or hire a bike and explore the Tarka Trail. Shops and pub 3 miles.
