There are 17 acres of river banked fields to enjoy as well as some areas of the owner’s well maintained gardens. The holiday property lies in the picturesque Taw Valley area of North Devon, an excellent base to explore all the delights of this area of Devon. Towards Barnstaple are some of the best beaches in the country including Woolacombe and Saunton, the nearest being at Instow, whilst Barnstaple itself has most amenities. Numerous places of interest close by. Shops and pubs 2 miles.
