Description of Dalvuie Beag

Dalvuie Beag is a small, traditional detached West Highland holiday farmhouse situated in a peaceful location beneath the slopes of Ben Lora. Surrounded by fields with views of distant mountains and close to the sea, lochs and beaches, the farm has a small herd of cattle and flock of sheep with conservation of rich natural history a priority. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

Ground floor: Living room with sofa bed. Dining room. Kitchen. Utility room. Sun room. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. First floor: 2 bedrooms with sloping ceilings: 1 double with en-suite toilet, 1 twin.

Open fire in living room, mutli-fuel burner in dining room (initial fuel inc). NSH and elec panel heaters inc (£25pw Nov-Apr). Elec, bed linen, towels inc. T/cot and h/chair on request. Freeview TV. DVD. Elec cooker. M/wave. W/machine. D/washer. Freezer. Wi-fi. Grassed area with sitting-out area and furniture. BBQ. Parking (2 cars). Cycle store. Table tennis and cycle hire (by arrangement).
