Only 2½ miles from Stalham, on the Northern Broads, these holiday cottages enjoy a rural and peaceful setting overlooking a fishing lake. Carp can be seen amongst the many features created in this extensive lake where guests can fish free of charge. Ideal for birdwatching, walking on Weavers Way, or passing the time with your own barbecue - the cottages have (south facing) patio areas facing the lake. Explore the Norfolk Broads with many popular towns and villages within a short drive. Wroxham, with its shops, restaurants and terraced water front bars is only 10 minutes’ drive. Motor launches available for hire in Stalham or Wroxham. Norwich, 18 miles. Sandy, uncrowded beaches can be found within 2½ miles, Sea Palling, and Mundesley are easily accessible. Cromer and the rest of the North Norfolk Coast can be explored. Angling in one lake behind the properties is included in the price, and more specialist fishing is available at St George’s Fishery (at extra cost).
