This small cosy cottage nestles in the heart of the Denver Commons amongst sheep and wildlife. Attached to the owner’s 17th-century cottage, with own patio seating area and shared use of 1-acre grounds. Denver windmill, a fully restored working mill with tea room, bakery and shop is just 15 minutes walk. Denver Sluice offers pub with restaurant and there is sailing along the River Ouse. Welney Wetland Centre, a 1000-acre nature reserve for wetland birds is a must for any enthusiast. The beaches and RSPB nature and bird reserves are found along the North Norfolk Coast. The village shop, post office and pub/restaurant are within easy walking distance.
