These two holiday apartments are situated in a small wooded area next to the former Yealm Hotel, at the mouth of the River Yealm, and both offer comfortable accommodation. Harbour Lights is a ground floor apartment and Harbour View is on the first floor directly above. These properties are two of a low rise block of four apartments built in the grounds of the hotel, which still offers B&B accommodation occasionally during the year. The properties have partial views of the river and are surrounded by large mature beech and fir trees. The picturesque villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo are within walking distance, and during the summer months a small foot ferry can be used to cross the river to the Wembury side which is National Trust Headland with superb coastal views. The family friendly beaches of Mothecombe and Bigbury are both just a short drive. For those that enjoy walking there is the South West Coastal footpath with miles of amazing coastal scenery. Shops and pubs 1/4 mile.
