Its central location provides easy access to the sandy beach, shops and restaurants. The coastline in this area is littered with golden sands and rocky coves. Fishing and pleasure trips can be taken from the harbour and a visit to nearby Polperro is a must. Visit the Monkey Sanctuary and the Farm and Folk Museum, locally.
