This traditional Breton stone long house (Longère) close to the owner’s home has totally been renovated to offer modern comfort and decoration in a pleasant and quiet setting. The south facing terrace leads to a large private lawned garden, which goes on to woodland. The property is on two levels with two separate staircases leading to all of the bedrooms, this original architecture and layout allows each couple or family to keep total privacy. The large living room and dining room with French windows are very bright and spacious. Ten minutes drive will take you to Vannes where you can discover its walled town and the charm of the medieval half-timbered houses. Many crêperies, cafés and restaurants allow you take a comfortable break and sample some of the delicacies. Vannes is also the gateway of the Gulf of Morbihan, a beautiful and protected inner sea, sprinkled with tiny islands among which are the Ile aux Moines (Isle of Monks) and the Ile d’Arz.
