This beautifully positioned, spacious holiday property on the coastline of North Wales has spectacular views out across the beach and sea to Rhos on Sea. The detached house was designed to make the most of its stunning position and its own beach frontage. There is a very large lawned garden that slopes down to the beach with a patio on the main garden and another lower patio down the steps to the beach. This part of North Wales offers a wide variety of activities as there is the beach at the end of the garden as well as a golf course and riding stables nearby. Llandudno is only 5 miles away with its shops and restaurants, and even has a dry ski slope. Then there are the majestic mountains of Snowdonia with Betws Y Coed only 20 miles away. Shops 1/2 mile, pubs 1 mile.
