With stunning views of Coniston Old Man, this delightful first floor holiday apartment next to the owner’s small B&B is only 100m from the shore of Coniston Water, with the steam Gondola pier nearby for trips around the lake. Surrounded by magnificent scenery and 3,000ft fells, the walking, scrambling and climbing are absolutely superb. In the heart of the Lake District National Park this is a perfect base for touring the many visitor attractions within easy reach; South Lakes Wild Animal Park at Dalton, Muncaster Castle and ‘La’al Ratty’ miniature steam railway. Ambleside, 8 miles, Windermere, 12 miles. Shop 1/2 mile, pub and restaurant 30 yards.

Stairs to entrance. All on first floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double (5ft), 1 twin (zip and link). Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.
