This large house enjoys views over gardens, farmland and woodland and is well positioned for Dartmoor and Exmoor. Both Devon and Cornwall’s coasts are within a short drive, boasting fantastic sandy beaches and hidden coves.
Golf, fishing and riding locally, whilst the nearby Tarka Trail leads walkers and cyclists through superb scenery. The historic market town of Holsworthy (8 miles) has a good selection of local shops and a weekly market along with leisure centre, swimming pool and golf course. Rosemoor RHS Gardens and Clovelly are close by and The Big Sheep and Milky Way Adventure Parks are a must. The famous Eden Project is just under an hours drive.
