Situated midway between Exmoor and Dartmoor the property makes an ideal base from which to explore the North Devon area. The nearby villages of Chittlehamholt, Umberleigh and High Bickington have local pubs. The larger market town of South Molton is approximately 8 miles away. The North Devon coastline can be easily reached by car to enjoy walking along the South West Coastal Path (12 miles), or relaxing on some of the beaches at Woolacombe or Saunton.
