Surrounded by lawns and private water, which leads on to Hickling Broad, it is comfortably furnished and well equipped. It is only 4 miles to the deep, soft sands of Waxham beach. Wroxham 10 miles. Good fishing, windsurfing and boat hire nearby. Shops, pub and restaurant at Hickling (1 mile).
