Description of The Coach House
Set on the banks of the River Wye, within the grounds of Putson Manor (ref RWW9), just on the outskirts of Hereford, with its cathedral and famous Mappi Mundi Centre and Chained Library. Ideally located to explore the surrounding area and the ‘Black and White Villages’. The pretty market town of Ross-on-Wye is within easy driving distance, also Brecon and Hay-on-Wye, famous for its second hand book shops. Spend a day in the beautiful scenery of the Brecon Beacons National Park or the Black Mountains. Fishing available (licence required). Shop and pub 1 mile.
