This former gardener’s cottage is in an elevated position, with extensive rural views. Surrounded by fields and woodland, it is an excellent holiday base for exploring the Morvan Regional Park, the basilica at Vézelay and the charming towns of Avallon and Beaune. The Nivernais Canal is just 5 minutes away, winding its way to Auxerre. This is also a great location for trips to the Loire and Burgundy vineyards. Due to the most unusual roof of the property (it was originally thatched), the property Is a listed building. It is very comfortable and well equipped, with traditional materials.
