Description of North Leigh Barns - The Stable

Nestling in a hamlet only 8 miles from historic Bath, this pair of spacious single-storey barn conversions each have their own gardens, with shared use of a large grassy area and games room. Set next to the owners’ home, both offer very comfortable and well equipped accommodation. The little town of Bradford-on-Avon is less than a mile, with walks along the canal to the picturesque gorge at Avoncliff, and there are many National Trust properties in the area. Bath, famous for its Georgian architecture, is surrounded by beautiful countryside, with the Cotswolds to the north, Mendips to the south-west and, across the Severn Bridge, the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Shop ¾ mile. Golf 1 mile.

(See top photograph). Attractive and spacious beamed sitting-room with ‘living-flame’ gas fire. Large, well-equipped, farmhouse-style kitchen with dining area. Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, over-bath shower and toilet. Two pretty twin bedrooms. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet. Separate toilet.
