Set in peaceful countryside
Mill Farm House is a wonderful holiday home set in the heart of peaceful Wiltshire countryside. It is the former residence of Wiltshire’s famous highway man Thomas Boulter, and is now a fully organic farm registered with the Soil Association. Fully renovated it provides spacious and welcoming accommodation in a rural setting, yet within minutes of the sights and attractions. Wildlife can be watched from your back door; deer, owls, badgers, buzzards and more. On site there is an honesty shop supplying local organic and traditional produce.
Bicycle hire, a farm tour, laser clay pigeon shooting, donkey rides and horse riding are also available. The village of Poulshot is 3 miles from the local town of Devizes, which is a small thriving market town. Also here is one the best traditional breweries in the country, where horse drawn drays are still used for deliveries.
The town has weekly market days selling local produce and antiques, and a selection of cafes, restaurants and shops.
